NEW YORK by David Rimmer
Hudson Guild Theatre, Sept. 2011
David Rimmer, Pulitzer-Prize-finalist author of Album, originally wrote New York to raise funds for volunteer
psychiatrists dedicated to helping the overwhelming number of patients psychologically affected by 9/11.
In the play, fifteen people react to the events of that day and tell their stories to a psychiatrist.
NEW YORK has been performed at theaters, schools and colleges around the world to great acclaim.
